桃園中壢芭寶米農場一日採毛豆農事體驗
位於桃園中壢的芭寶米農場，地理位置恰恰好，上有引自拉拉山高山的流水，下有大片農田灌溉農場整遍的耕作區，農場生產的作物，富有很高的營養價值，近年來，農場除了種稻、自有廠房來產稻、外銷以外，農場主人-胡青農Apple積極拓展農場體驗活動，如每年10月中旬到11月初的黑豆農事體驗，場場爆滿！吸引大批學校、企業團體報名，前來採毛豆、黑豆系列DIY等。
體驗一開始Apple會先帶大家來認識今天的主角-黑豆，從播種→豆苗→開花→毛豆→老化→黑豆→日曬→選豆的過程，為時至少4個月120天的時間，同時也讓大家更了解黑豆知識，如對身體健康的諸多益處-養顏美容、強心補氣等用途。
進行體驗前，讓大家先來頭繫客家花布、手提袋子、戴上手套，跟隨Apple的腳步到毛豆園採毛豆，體驗將整株的毛豆連同根莖葉拔起後，將毛豆摘下，採摘的過程中Apple在一旁指導採摘技巧、提醒小朋友一定要非常小心，因為毛豆樹帶有刺，讓大家玩得開心又安全，是芭寶米農場的體驗吸引人的特色之一。
接著，大家一起來進行的是黑豆水果塔DIY，以農場生產的稻米製作餅乾底，擠入卡士達醬後將各式水果及黑豆層層往上放，一口咬下，水果的甜及飽滿醬配上黑豆的口感剛剛好，甜而不膩，相當好吃的特色甜品，回家也非常容易製作。
芭寶米農場還有許多特色的農場好物及料理，如黑豆雞湯、割稻飯、黑豆茶、黑豆漿、黑豆醬油膏等，Apple表示，未來芭寶米農場的農事體驗會朝更多元化發展，也正在嘗試各式不同的體驗方式，歡迎大家來農場盡情享受農事樂趣。
